 All strategic communication processes that build mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics must be carefully planned to achieve the aim of managing communication between an organization and its publics.

2. Approach of the subject matter of the contents

3. Consistency with the target media’s current styles and contexts

4. Use of practical and current examples in your article

5. Timing and intervals between Articles

6. Availability of channels for readers to comment and contribute 

7. Follow up article based on readers' comments and contributions
